4.2.3 CO New and Updated Document Actions by Facility Report

Report Functionality

The Compliance Obligations New and Updated Document Actions by Facility Report allows Account Administrators to Compare document review actions at each facility. This report can be used to compare two or more facilities.

This report contains the following  information:

  • Facility – Facility that received the Actions
  • Actions Received – Number of Actions the selected Facilities received
  • Action Closed – Number of Actions that were closed for the selected Facilities
  • Percentage of Actions Closed – Percentage of Actions that were closed for the selected Facilities

You can filter this report by Document, Responsible Party, Facilities, Tags, Action Types, and Dates.
