BillTrack50 sets the gold standard for tracking state and federal legislation and regulations across the United States, so bringing our platforms together was a natural fit. As a result, Nimonik can now bridge the gap between monitoring legislative changes and executing practical compliance.
This acquisition is the natural evolution of a long-term partnership built on a shared belief: that organizations deserve easy-to-use tools to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
Our primary goal with this acquisition is to build upon the strong foundation that exists. We are fully committed to maintaining the core values and features that make BillTrack50 exceptional.

While the current experience remains unchanged, we have exciting plans for the future.
Moving forward, we will be carefully integrating advanced AI tools to enhance bill summaries and improve research efficiency. We are also strengthening the platform’s information security through ISO 27001 certification and will be exploring new service offerings tailored to our users’ needs.
This is Nimonik’s 6th acquisition to date as we continue to grow to become the best global solution to rapidly identify requirements, issue actions and conduct audits. LegiNation will operate independently under the BillTrack50 brand. Founder Karen Suhaka will continue as President, and the entire team will remain to ensure service continuity and drive new synergies in AI data development and customer success.
