Nimonik offers three levels of user access, Account Administrator, Read-Only Administrator, and General User. For more information on these access levels, click here.
While administrators can see everything, general users must be given explicit access before they can see or manipulate anything in the account. This can be done in two ways;
Manage Users Page
On the manage users page there are two fields, one that allows you to select users, and one that allows you to select account items.
These fields can be used to quickly grant access to multiple users for multiple account elements.
On the edit page of every account item there is a field labeled Access.
This field can be used to grant access to users and teams.
You can also grant general users an administrator level access on a facility by facility basis. For more information on facility administrators, click here.
