3.2 Manage Internal Documents

Alongside the thousands of documents in the Library, Nimonik allows you to manage your internal documents directly in your Compliance Obligations Registers and in the Nimonik Library. 

To do this, start by adding your internal documents to your Library. You can then add these documents to your compliance obligations lists.

Once you have done this, you can add relevant meta-data.

Once an internal document has been added to your account, administrators can edit its title and description by clicking on the edit symbol on the document page.

Internal documents can also be delete by clicking on the ‘Delete’ option a the bottom of the page.

Once an internal document has been deleted, it will be removed from the library, as well as any COs it had been added to. Please be careful when deleting internal documents, as there is no undo.
