The Facility Equipment module in NimonikApp allows you to represents pieces of equipment or parts of your facilities. This equipment can then be linked to Compliance Obligations, Actions, Audits, and Audit Findings.
All equipment can have the following attributes:
Attributes marked with an asterisk (*), are mandatory:
- A Title*
- An Code* (can be a bar or QR code)
- Tags
- A Description
- Attached Documents (such as service manuals, photos, or safety procedures)
General Overview Video
To add equipment,
Go to the Facilities page and click on Facility Equipment next to the facility that you would like to add it to.
Click “Create Facility Equipment”.
Enter your equipment information and click Save
Once you have added your equipment, you can associate it to audits and audit items.
