Edit Company Templates
Company templates can be edited in two ways:
Change Template Information
If you would like to edit company template information such as status labels, description, or user access, find the template on the Audit Templates page, and click on the edit icon next to its name.
Make the desired changes on the resulting page, and when you have finished, click Save to apply them.
Change Template Questions
If you would like to change the content or order of the questions in your template, find it on the audit templates page and click on its title. On the resulting page, you will be able to perform the following actions:
To add a question, click on the Add Item button at the top of the page.
This will cause a new blank question to be added to the end of the grouping. Click on the questions title to open it, and add your desired Name, Requirement, Additional Info, Details, and Risk. When you are finished, click Save to add the question to the template.
To delete audit questions, check the boxes next to their names, and click on the Delete Selected Items button that appears at the top of the page.
Please be very careful when deleting audit questions, as the action cannot be undone.
To delete a grouping, simply click on the delete grouping button that appears at the top of it.
As with audit questions, please be careful when deleting groupings, as the action cannot be undone.
Edit Name, Requirement, Additional Info, Details, and Risk
To edit the information of an audit question, simply click on its name and make the changes in the appropriate field. When you are finished, click Save to apply the changes.
Add and remove attachments
To add attachments to an audit question, click on its name, and use the files section to add the desired documents. Once you have finished, click save to apply the changes.
If you would like to remove an attachment, click on the question name, and then click on the red X that appears in the top right corner when you hover your mouse over the attachment.
You can move audit questions both within and between groupings. To do so, click on the Move icon of the question you would like to move.
Next, select the destination grouping and the questions that it should be inserted after. Once you have made your choice, click Save to apply the changes.
