Start an Audit
Nimonik allows you to start an audit in two ways:
Schedule an audit
The Scheduler Module allows you to plan audits ahead of time by creating Scheduled Audit tasks. To start an audit from one of these tasks, and click on the checkbox. You will then be able to enter a note, before clicking Start Audit to close the task and begin auditing. For more information on scheduling audits and other obligations, click here.
Start an Audit from an Audit Template or Facility.
If you are not subscribed to the schedule module, or do not wish to schedule audits ahead of time, you can start an audit at any time by going to the template that you would like to use and clicking start audit. You will then be prompted to select a facility to start you audit in.
You can also start an audit directly from a facility by going to the audits section and clicking start audit. You will then be asked to specify the template that you would like to use.
In both cases, you can choose multiple audit templates from the drop-down menu on the start audit page.
