Add and Remove Obligations

To add documents to you compliance obligations:

  • Go to the appropriate Compliance Obligations

For External Obligations

  • Click Add External Obligations
  • Select the Documents that you would like to add
    • You can filter by all of the same headings as on the Library page
    • You can select all of the documents on a page using the select all box at the top
  • Click Save

This will add the selected documents to your compliance obligations under the “Legislation” grouping.

For Internal Obligations

  • Click Add Internal Obligations
  • Fill out the Grouping and Title Fields (Mandatory)
  • Add an Item name, and Notes if needed (Optional)
  • Create a link to an Internal Obligations document by 
  • Click Save
