The effect of this change is to set a date of January 01, 2020 for recent changes to this document that will make amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Amending document – Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing Oenothera coloradensis (Colorado Butterfly Plant) From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Plants

The Colorado butterfly plant (Oenothera coloradensis, currently listed as Gaura neomexicana ssp. coloradensis) is being removed from the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Plants due to recovery. The first effective date of the document that makes the change is December 5, 2019.
