New Electric Cells and Battery Standards for the 3rd Quarter 2013

  • BS EN 50547, Corrigendum 1, Railway applications. Batteries for auxiliary power supply systems
  • BS EN 62133, 2013 Edition, Secondary cells and batteries containing alkaline or other non-acid electrolytes. Safety requirements for portable sealed secondary cells, and for batteries made from them, for use in portable applications
  • BS EN 62281, 2013 Edition, Safety of primary and secondary lithium cells and batteries during transport
  • IEC 60952-1, Edition 3.0, Aircraft batteries – Part 1: General test requirements and performance levels
  • IEC 60952-2, Edition 3.0, Aircraft batteries – Part 2: Design and construction requirements
  • IEC 60952-3, Edition 3.0, Aircraft batteries – Part 3: Product specification and declaration of design and performance (DDP)
  • IEC 62133, Corrigendum 1, Secondary cells and batteries containing alkaline or other non-acid electrolytes – Safety requirements for portable sealed secondary cells, and for batteries made from them, for use in portable applications
